Nida Sunset

It was 700 km and 4 days of the most pleasant trip to Nida town via Baltic Sea's coastline and I believe that such a scenic picture is a good ending for my story :) (previous shot)
Driving from Riga I have visited all coastline cities, including Jurmala, Engure, Mersrags, Roja, Kolka, Ventspils, Pavilosta, Liepaja, LT-LV border, Palanga, Klaipeda and finally Nida.

Baltic Sea in Nida

Baltic Sea's coast could be extremely beautiful, especially at Neringa National Park, which was visited on my way to Nida (priveous stop was at Nida's Dunes)

Neringa Dunes

Dunes on Curonian spit aka Neringa are the most beautiful natural sights in Baltic States.
This is one of the last pictures done during my trip from Riga to Nida between Promenade of Baltic Countries and Nida's Coast

Stirnių malūnas

Stirnių malūnas is a very nice hotel and restaurant 25 km (18mi) from Vilnius built on the coast of Vosyliukai lake.

Kalnų Park Stage

Kalnų Park Stage is located in Kalnų park between the hills, which makes very natural looking arena.

Kalnų Parkas

Kalnų Parkas (Park of Hills) is located between Old Town, Neris river and Uzupis. Sights like Gediminas Tower and Three Crosses (in the centre of photo) are located here.

Alps

Tauro Gatve in snow always reminds me a twisting racing track called Alps from the famous game Need For Speed Porsche Unleashed.

Trakai Castle

Trakai Castle is one of the most interesting spots in Lithuania. It was built on small lake island in 15th century near Vilnius.

Storm is Coming

The storm, which yesterday hit Poland, now is coming to Vilnius. And it is clearly visible from my office window ;)

Vilnia River is small fast river running in between Vilnius and the Republic of Užupis. It is a nice promenade place right in city center.
