Alaus studija

Alaus studija (Beer Studio) is a traditional beer bar, which is located in the former Soviet military barrack of the North town. It is especially popular among sport fans, which come here to watch games.

Sigma

Sigma was one of the biggest electronics fabrics in USSR since 1956. Nowadays it is just a real estate with industrial history and nothing more.

New York

New York is a little nightclub on Kalvariu street. I like when such little places take such loud names ;)

Prokuratūra

Prosecutor General‘s Office is located on Rinktines gatve, Zirmunai. It was built in a very modern manner with skewed windows. BTW, it is a good place for lunch on the first floor.

North Star

There are many nice-looking modern business centers in Vilnius, one of them is Šiaurinė žvaigždė (North Star)

Today is 6 months since I came to work and live in Vilnius, the capital city of Lithuania, the neighbor of home country - Latvia.
Before I had another blog devoted to Riga, but since I spend more time in Vilnius than in Riga, I decided to start to start another blog. Maybe in future I will merge them under one name.
