Nan Bei

Nan Bei for me sounds like copy to Gan Bei (popular Latvian Sushi place), but I don't see any logic here as in case with Kabuki/Labuki.
Update: Chinese Nan Bei restaurant in Vilnius is not related anyhow with Japanese Restaurant Gan Bei in Riga. On top of that, the service and prices here could be much better.

Lithuania + Kabuki = Labuki. A famous and one of the best Sushi bars in Baltic States.
